Back to 20's Project: A Physical Transformation Journey

I have been experiencing muscle and joint pains these past few days. My feet swell after my attempt to use high heels to match our Monday and Tuesday uniform. I also experienced headaches and a lot more. 

This time, I know I have to do something or else I might just collapse anytime soon due to some undiagnosed illness. I need to change my diet and change my sedentary lifestyle.


I have been very busy these past few days searching for do-it-yourself remedy for enhancing my health. 

After sometime, I realized I've done this before only to find good results  then swing back to square one like nothing happened. And so, I decided that it is time to seek help from a health or fitness professional.

To cut it short, I ended up listening to my co-workers' wellness coach and participated in his free seminar as this is a prerequisite before being admitted to his program. 

I am going to start tonight and I am keeping my fingers crossed, hoping to see real results in the days to come.
